MUFASA: Simba, let me tell you that my father told me. Look at the stars. The great kings of the past look down on us from those stars.

Scar sets a trap for his nephew, luring Simba into a gorge and having the hyenas drive a large herd of wildebeest into a stampede that Scar hopes will trample him.
"I don't think you really deserve this," he says as he dangles the zebra leg above them.
Disney originally planned to call Simba's epic story King of the Jungle, but there was one little problem.... Contrary to the age-old epithet, lions actually live on the savannah, not in the jungle. Oops.
The original songs were written by composer Elton John and lyricist Tim Rice, with a score by Hans Zimmer.
