Monsieur D'Arque, the warden of the town's insane asylum, agrees to have Maurice locked up if Belle refuses to marry Gaston.
Since Hunchback is set in France, you'd almost expect Belle to make an appearance. She can be seen walking down the street reading a book while Quasimodo sings "Out There."
The Beast lets her use his magic mirror to check on her father, and she discovers him lying sick in the woods.
In order to prove Maurice's sanity, Belle uses the magic mirror to show that the Beast really does exist.
"Human Again" was originally written for the 1991 film version. It was replaced during production by "Something There" but retained and revised for the 1994 stage musical adaptation and subsequently restored to the film for its 2002 IMAX Special Edition.
Lansbury's rendition of the title song earned an Academy Award for Best Original Song.
