The opening 220 m (720 ft) bungee jump was performed by British stuntman Wayne Michaels. It was voted the best movie stunt of all time in a 2002 Sky Movies poll, and set a record for the highest bungee jump off a fixed structure.

Bond's Seiko 0674 5009 Quartz LC watch receives a ticker-tape message that rolls out as embossing tape, telling him to report to MI6 Headquarters. "But I need you!" his disappointed lover says, to which James replies, "So does England!"

After a failed attempt to kill Bond in Thunderball, Fiona tracks him to the Kiss Kiss Club, and they dance as her henchmen surround them. She advises Bond to come peacefully, but when one of her henchmen fires, 007 spins Fiona into the path of the bullet, which kills her instantly.

In Hong Kong, 007 is enjoying a romantic encounter with a Chinese woman who leaves Bond in a pull down bed and pushes a button that lifts it, trapping Bond in the wall. Two men then burst into the room with machine guns and spray the upright bed. When the police arrive, the woman has disappeared and Bond is found dead.

In On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Sir Hilary Bray traces Bond's genealogy to Sir Thomas Bond, Baronet of Peckham, who's coat of arms contains the motto: "Orbis Non Sufficit" which translates as "The World is Not Enough".

In addition to the usual refinements, Bond's Aston Martin is also equipped with "adaptive camouflage" -- a cloaking device that allows it to become effectively invisible at the push of a button.

When he is left on a tiny island surrounded by crocodiles, Bond tries to attract a metallic canoe with his magnet watch, but the boat is tied up, so he waits for the crocodiles to line up and runs across their backs.

Bond tracks Greene to a performance of the opera Tosca in Austria. After killing a Quantum member and stealing his earpiece, Bond infiltrates Quantum's meeting and identifies members of Quantum's executive board.

Strangely, all of the Russians fail to notice the periscope poking up through the floor.

As a warning, Oddjob uses his razor-rimmed throwing hat to decapitate a marble statue. He later uses it to kill Jill Masterson's sister.
